The mission and purpose of the Chicago Modern Quilt Guild is to provide a community based on common interests, building friendships, sharing inspiration and educating each other with a focus on modern quilting. The guild supports and encourages the growth and development of modern quilting through art, community building, and education.
The Chicago Modern Quilt Guild was founded in 2009 by Mary Pustejovsky, with support in the first year of officers Beth Kovacic, Sue Ryan, Ebony Love, and Sarah Shulman.

Feel free to come to a meeting to check us out; the first regular meeting (as long as there's not a paid speaker) is free. Your second meeting as a guest will cost $5, and after that we suggest that you join us.
In-person meetings are held in the Centennial Room on the 2nd floor of RUSH Oak Park Hospital, located at 520 S. Maple Ave. in Oak Park Illinois.
